Ordering InformationAfter you've selected what you're looking for, submit your choices via our product order forms or send us an email and we'll start from there. Once we've discussed the details of your order with you we will send you an invoice listing the details of your order. If the invoice is to your liking then click on the PayPal button to complete your purchase. We also accept personal checks and money orders. If you chose to pay with a check or money order send it to us via regular mail. We require that payment for your order be received before we ship it to you.Shipping & Handling
Delivery TimesDelivery times vary depending on the items ordered and/or the complexity of the designs being done on those items. Most items should take 2 to 3 weeks to complete and be shipped to you. These are only estimated times of delivery which may vary during peak times. Orders are processed in chronological sequence therefore we cannot do rush orders. Also, if you are ordering a holiday item (Christmas, Valentines Day, etc) we recommend you place your order as far in advance as possible since holidays are our busiest times. PoliciesPrivacy Policy - We DO NOT sell, distribute or give out any email addresses or any information you submit to us. Returns Policy - Due to the nature of customized goods we cannot accept returns on customized items. This is why we do not do "point and click" ordering on our website, we want to talk to you to discuss the details of each and every order to ensure that there are no surprises when you receive your Stitchgear products. If there are any problems or defects with your Stitchgear products we will take appropriate steps to correct the problem. Blank goods being returned due to customer error (wrong size, wrong color, etc.) will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Goods must be in new condition (unworn and unwashed) and in original packaging. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Stitchgear. Address
